Language Facilitation Services

facebook

Unlike interpretation services, there is no maximum or minimum hours required to schedule a Language Facilitator. The work performed is not as mentally intensive and strenuous on the part of the Facilitator since he/she summarizes the meeting or the messages being conveyed. This still allows the recipient to receive the information promptly and accurately.

Language Facilitators are mainly requested by our clients during:

  • bilingual meetings,
  • for a foreign language telephone survey or telemarketing
  • and during technical seminars
  • lasting up to five to six days. At times, we may need a glossary and managerial assistance from you before the actual delivery of the service. This is done through a meeting with inlingua the aim of which is to help us better understand your particular goals and your system of operation.

You save money if you schedule multiple languages at the same time; you only have to assist one Lead Coordinator and he/she will manage your project effectively. You can also avoid the ever-ending cycle turnover (people do come and go). There is no-cost overlap when scheduling more than one
Language Facilitator at the same time; you are simply billed on a per-hour basis. If by chance the Language Facilitator is to be ‘on call’, the standby hours are considered as work done and delivered.
